Creating the visual communication for the future of fuels and plastics
OXCCU, based in the UK use CO₂ and renewable energy to make fuels, chemicals and plastics.
Their mission is to give future generations the acknowledged benefits of hydrocarbons but without their climate impact.
They engaged us to help develop their brand, website and pitch deck material in preparation of the business launching publicly and seek fundraising. In Q2 2023, they successfully raised a £20m+ A-Series round.
We worked closely with the CEO to create a visual and written language that was serious but accessible, user-journeys that are engaging and dynamic and an identity which can scale with them as they grow.
For their homepage, we designed and developed a paced introduction to the problem facing fuels and plastics today. Utilising 3D imagery, short key statements and fixed scroll interactions we achieved a light, bitesize storytelling process which keeps users engaged ahead of discovering OXCCU's solution.
